ELIS Innovation Hub (EIH) leads Task 6.5 “Techno-Economic Evaluation and Stakeholders’ Feedback”, coordinating how pilots are assessed from technical, economic and social perspectives and how stakeholder input is collected across the project.
Phase 1 of this work delivered a shared evaluation framework and the first version of D6.3 with the initial analysis of all pilots—this phase is now completed (v1.0 up to M28).
Since February 2025 we have been working on Phase 2 of D6.3. Compared to June, the focus has been on consolidating results provided by pilots (meeting minutes, report-outs and supporting materials). EIH supplied planning templates, checklists and methodological guidance so each partner could structure engagement actions, define feedback channels and document measurable outcomes; partners are now finalising their report-outs.
In October, EIH coordinated two external workshop cycles (in cooperation with WP7) to structure and broaden feedback:
- “Advancing Sustainable and Data-Driven Finance” (Pilots 5–7), focusing on sustainability, climate risk and industrial data monetisation. This workshop will take place on Thursday, November 13th.
- “Exploring Innovations in Embedded Finance” (Pilots 1–4), focusing on digital finance services for citizens and SMEs. This workshop will take place on Thursday, November 20th.
The workshops have three concrete goals:
- Show how pilots use the FAME platform,
- Demonstrate which business models they prioritise, and
- Gather stakeholders’ feedback.
Following these workshops, EIH will be able to integrate the collected feedback into D6.3, phase 2, and ensure each pilot valorises the feedback received to stay aligned with market needs.
These sessions—together with the ongoing pilot-led engagement (surveys, meetings and co-creation activities)—are providing actionable insights on usability, data quality, interoperability and market potential. For example, the current D6.3 roadmap foresees integrating workshop results and reporting consolidated feedback before closing the final version at M36.
All materials collected (pilot minutes, report-outs and workshop outputs) are being analysed by EIH to update the evaluation and reflect real-world input in D6.3. The objective is to convert stakeholder sentiment into concrete improvement actions and evidence of impact, ensuring that every FAME pilot evolves in step with user expectations and market dynamics.
