October 27, 2023

From October 25th to 27th,  the FAME consortium took part in the European Big Data Value Forum 2023 (EBDVF) at the Feria de Valencia, where the innovative approach of the FAME Project (grant agreement no. 101092639) was presented, along with its three sister projects: Datamite, Pistis, and UPcast. These projects are poised to revolutionize the industry with cutting-edge data economy technologies, offering experimental solutions for data management and control in federated environments.

FAME is a joint effort of world-class experts in data management, data technologies, data economy, and digital finance. Its aim is to develop and launch to the global market a unique, trustworthy, energy-efficient, and secure federated data set for Embedded Finance (EmFi).

Furthermore, FAME’s coordinator, Ernesto Troiano from GFT Technologies, had the privilege of engaging the audience in a stimulating discussion about this project, presenting its main objectives and results, showcasing the latest advancements in the field of Big Data and Future Realities in Europe, and generating interest within the community.

The EBDVF has been a great dissemination opportunity as it brings together industry professionals, business developers, researchers, and policy-makers from all over Europe and other regions of the world to advance policy actions, as well as industrial and research activities in the areas of Data and AI. This year, the event took place in Valencia, from October 25th to 27th.
